Today, I'm going to review the last two of the winning websites that received an IceCaves.net Web Award and show you the best aspects of these sites that helped the site to become a final nominee and move on to the voting round. The two sites I'm going to review today are Smiley Helper and Atomic Affliction.

Smiley Helper
Smiley Helper

Smiley Helper is a graphics, resource, and tutorial website by Katie, winner of the IC Web Award for Most Helpful Webmaster, which is certainly not undeserved. The site is a fairly old website and fairly well-known among the Neopets fan site community. Throughout the years that Smiley Helper has been growing, the website has been a source of inspiration for countless prospective webmasters of the Neopets fan site community.

The website offers various graphics, resources, and tutorials from Adobe Photoshop tutorials to button templates, from coding tutorials to Gimp tutorials. Smiley Helper has an extensive amount of work put into it's content providing an excellent source for amateur webmasters and web designers alike. Even though the site has been becoming less active recently, Katie has done an excellent job with Smiley Helper and you should definitely take a look around the site.

Atomic Affliction
Atomic Affliction

Atomic Affliction is another content-based website. The site is run by Gabi, who won the IC Web Award for Best Website Name, and of course for such an epic name as Atomic Affliction. :P The website is a more design-based website. In Atomic Affliction, Gabi offers layouts for MySpace, Twitter, and websites in general. The site also offers graphics, resources, and tutorials. Like Smiley Helper, Atomic Affliction is well known for it's content and is an inspiration to prospective webmasters as well.

Gabi's work doesn't stop with Atomic Affliction, however. Even though it is clear that Atomic Affliction has an immense amount of time put into it, Gabi also has a personal blog, Flamora. Here she also offers her services as a web designer for a small fee.

Both Smiley Helper and Atomic Affliction are great websites that you should definitely take the chance to explore and see what they have to offer.
